It's foam is too hard and your delivery is damn too poor.
I purchased the Cover Rejoice Sofa Cum Bed - 3 Seater cover in Grey Jute Fabric from Seventh Heaven.
The sofa cover quality is actually good and the fitting/material met my expectations. So product-wise, I am satisfied.
However, my overall shopping experience was disappointing because of the customer service. I had clearly requested urgent delivery through Shrinath Cargo so I could receive it early, but the company still shipped it via Delhivery, which caused significant delay.
After that, I tried calling customer care multiple times (around 10-15 calls) for cancellation and refund support, but the support team was mostly unavailable. Even emails and calls were not properly answered.
So while the product quality is good, the after-sales support and customer service experience need major improvement.

Bought this sofa recently and overall I am satisfied with the purchase. The sofa looks stylish, the fabric feels good, and seating comfort is nice for daily use. Packaging and delivery were also good.
The only downside is the foot stands/legs of the sofa. The fitting is not very proper and the quality could have been better. It feels a little less sturdy compared to the rest of the sofa. Apart from that, everything else is good and worth the price.

Product is good but the delivery person was not cooperating and the invoice received with the product is having price of rs 7670 while we paid rs 9766 so a big difference of amount the invoice copy is attached overall product is very good and our family liked it.
The qualityis good and very easy to convert sofa to bed.
