Shipping and Payment Protocol for Seventh Heaven You are welcome to Seventh Heaven, which is a venture of Sukh Steels Pvt. Ltd. (“Sukh Steels," "we," "us,” or “our”). This document defines the specifications governing shipping and payment mechanisms for transactions conducted via our platform, Seventh Heaven By making purchases on our website, you agree to meet these terms. If you do not agree with these provisions, please do not place any orders with us.
2. Shipping Framework
General Shipping Insights
- Delivery Coverage: Our delivery network spans across India exclusively;
- Courier Alliances: To ensure swift and secure delivery of your Furniture, we collaborate with trustworthy third-party logistics providers.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days, subject to product availability and demand.
- Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery occurs within 7-14 business days post-dispatch, contingent on the recipient's location and external circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are determined by the size, weight, and delivery location of the order. All the relevant charges will be made known clearly to the clients whenever they place an order.
- Complimentary Shipping: Some products or promotional orders are eligible for free shipping, as indicated on their product listing pages or during promotional events.
Order Monitoring
Afterward the dispatch, an email notification with tracking information will be sent. Use this information to track your shipment online.
Delivery Protocol
- Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partners will try to deliver your order up to three times. If the attempt is not successful, the item will be sent back to our warehouse.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: In the presence of the delivery personnel, head to the delivered product to determine whether there are any signs of damage or defects. In cases of any occurrence, inform the courier and get in touch with our customer support.
Delivery Delays
Please be assured that we are committed strictly to the timely delivery of ordered products; however, certain circumstances may occur, including, but not limited to, severe weather conditions, problems with transportation, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company. We will ensure that you are informed of any major change in a scheduled time.
3. Payment Guidelines
Accepted Modes of Payment
We offer a variety of payment methods for a seamless shopping experience:
- Debit and Credit Cards: Credit cards are accepted for all major networks.
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Transactions through UPI applications (through BHIM and other applications).
- Installments: EMI facility for selected models only.
- No-Cost EMI: Included for selected products only, with such interest charges borne by ourselves.
Payment Security
It also notes that payment transactions are conducted through secure payment gateways; data security is achieved through encryption of information. We do not collect any payment details on our servers.
Payment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with order details after payment. This also acts as your receipt and purchase acknowledgement.
EMI and No-Cost EMI
- EMI Options Available on certain credit cards, with the outlets listed at the time of check-out.
- No-Cost EMI: applicable on selective products, where the interest cost is already borne by the organization. It’s stated on the web page of every product that there are terms and conditions of usage.
4. Order Change and Cancellation
Order Cancellation
- Pre-Dispatch: Customers can request for orders to be cancelled before shipping by using the contact customer support services.
- Post-Dispatch: The avoidance of payments is possible by rejection of delivery on receipt. Shipping costs will apply for returns, and the amount will be credited back after charging the appropriate cancellation fees.
Order Modifications
- Pre-Dispatch Adjustments: Any alterations, like a change of address, a change of quantity, etc., can be made before shipping through a contact with the support team.
- Post-Dispatch: No changes can be made after the shipment has been made. In such cases, the order must be canceled and placed again in the correct manner because the system with precision and does not accommodate any margin for error.
5. Replacement
We do not offer refunds or general returns. Items can only be replaced in the event of damage or manufacturing defects, or a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Replacement Method
- Replacements will be issued for eligible only in the event of damage or manufacturing defects.
- Processing Time: Replacements will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product. A confirmation email with tracking details will follow upon dispatch.
