• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders as indicated on the product listing page or during promotional periods.

4. Order Cancellation and Modifications

4.1 Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment:
  You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team. A nominal cancellation fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover processing and handling costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  After Shipment:
  If your order has already been shipped, you may cancel it by refusing the delivery. In such cases, the product will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed after deducting ₹100 as cancellation charges, along with any applicable shipping or return costs.

4.2 Order Modifications

• Before Shipment: You can request modifications to your order (such as changing the delivery address or updating product quantities) before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

• After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, modifications are not possible. You may need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details.

• Eligibility: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging to be eligible for return. Returns are subject to our approval.
